How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6006547 / WP2206670B Dispenser Overflow Grille

Ordered new ice dispenser door chute and received it in 2 days. I replaced the door in about 30-45 minutes while watching your video . The part fits, but I've noticed it allows condensation to accumulate on the exterior of the dispenser door. But, that's better than the ice crystals that were accumulating on the inside of the door. I'm really impressed with how easy it was to use your website to identify and order the part I needed. And, the video was the "icing on the cake"!! I'm not sure I could have or would have attempted this repair without that demonstration. 

I had looked unsuccessfully on the Whirlpool site first. When I found AppliancePartsPros.com I quickly and easily found my part and received it in the mail about a week later. Too easy!! 

Bought a new replacement piece 

Popped the front of the Dispenser Overflow Grille up with a small flat screwdriver, and slid the Grille out, and slid the new Dispenser Overflow Grille in, snapped into place. Only took about a minute to change. 

Ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros.com and it fit perfectly. couldn't believe how easy it was to find the right part -- wish I'd thought of it two years ago! the part arrived promptly and in good condition. no problems or wrong sizes, etc. 

Purchases a new one from you. Pulled out old one and inserted new one…just a matter of seconds, but, I was very happy to see the new one arrive three days after placing the order.
