How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010289 / WP67001716 Refrigerator Ladder Hook

Ordered new hook and put it on the ladder with help of the video. 

I ordered new Ladder Hooks, that hold the rack in place from AppliancePartsPros.com Was able to replace the broken Hooks and the rack is secured and the refrigerator is back to normal operation. 

We ordered the parts which were correct. But we were not told that a metal bar was needed to make the shelf secure. Fortunately my husband was able to get the support bar out of the old shelf and add it to the new part. 

Took broken one out, new one in. I also have bought replacement dryer parts twice before replacing belt and drum parts. Always happy with your company. 

Went just fine.

Honestly, my wife was more upset with the issue and happened to install the brackets herself when they arrived in the mail. 

Replaced part 

I explained my problem and was not very good at it. I stoop picture of the part and tried to e-mail it. I don't know how to do it. 3 tries later my representative figured out what the problem was. I took up about an hour of this person's life for a $4.99 refig part. We chatted a few minutes and I ordered a couple of products. Delivery was in less than the expected due date. WONDERFUL PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE. Will definitely be using again if I need a part.
