How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6020369 / WPW10358149 Washer Internal Drain Hose Assembly

The problem was a broken drain hose,I ordered the hose from appliance parts pros got it the next day and replaced it no problem very easy 

Replaced water pump and drain hose. Received fast service from Appliance Parts Pros. 

Ordered replacements from appliancepartspros,on 12/30/15 was shipped on 12/30/15 and arrived on 12/31/15. was a simple change out of the two parts. although it took about 45 min. to do the job, the replacement of parts was only 10/15 min. the rest was cleaning in,around and under the washer/ dryer. (as I was told needed doing). 

Flipped washer on front. Removed interior water line. Found an old patch in the hose that had failed. Ordered new hose. It took about 5 minutes to install the new hose. No more leaks. Happy wife. 

Hit up appliancepartspros.Com, cleanup my washroom aquarium and by that time fedX had a package on my doorstep with washing machine parts, fixed it! It wasn't very hard to do the repair. I just put the new hose on the way I removed the old one. The hardest part was putting the cabinet back on. With a little patience I succeeded and now I have a leak free repair.

The appliance parts pros videos on how to take apart the washing machine were so complete and easy to understand that I took it all apart to pull out the drum and the transmission. opened the transmission cleaned all of the gunky sticky oil off and refilled with fresh oil. (I think enough leaked out over time that was overheating the transmission. Seems to be working great now. in the process of taking the washer apart and putting back together, I must have cracked the drain hose that goes to the outlet on the back of the washer, so I needed to replace that hose. It was a few dollars more to buy from you instead of the lowest price I could find, but your videos were so helpful and confidence inspiring, that I ordered from you. the part was on my front porch a day and a half later. repair was simple. thanks.
