I ordered two new adjusters and one adjuster housing because I thought the right side adjuster would probably be brittle soon and break soon, so I would replace both. The parts came promptly. When I opened the plastic bag, a little tab fell on the floor so it was broken. The 2nd adjuster was fine so I replaced the broken one. The right side seemed to be holding so I am getting by with it for now. I had watched the online video which was so helpful in the repair. I contacted AppliancePartsPros.com to request a refund and return the broken adjuster. Shane from customer service called me and all I had to do was take a picture of the broken one, and they refunded my money.
