Thomas L Baltimore , MD June 04, 2018 Appliance: Jenn-Air Refrigerator JCD2389GES The ice maker was leaking into the freezer making a huge mess and freezing the ice bin and auger so it could not be removed After reading other customer stories I decided to replace everything - the ice maker, the water inlet valve assembly, and the water inlet valve kit. After defrosting everything (and discovering some old frozen food “relics” that were discarded), I installed the parts (following the excellent video instructions) and completely solved the problem.
