How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013204 / WP8558307 Dispenser Cap

Replaced old dispenser cap with a new one. No more leaking.:) 

Bought new cap. 

I ordered the part with the help of a very competent and helpful chat. In fact, after helping me locate the part number and the part in the website, she ordered it for me. I had to wait only a week or so before I received the part, installed it myself and my problem was over. 

The new dispenser cap worked perfectly. The seal is tight and the rinse aid does not leak anymore.
