The only snag was the screws on the back of the microwave a special 6 pointed "security" hex driver that accommodates a "nub"of metal in the center. OSH had these as a craftsman brand. there was a metal tab that had to be bent up to remove the bulb. replacement bulb was an exact replacement. I had to remove the cover off of the microwave, by simply removing several screws, unplugging the lightbulb , plugging the new one in and putting the screws back into the cover.
