I contacted AppliancePartsPros who located the item, I ordered it, and received it in 2 days. 

The only point to this was the fair price and we received the part the next day. The mailing charge was fair and we did not expect the part for at least three to four days. 

The rack replacement was very easy and came with the new upgraded ceramic versions of the hold tabs. These screwed into place with a single Phillips screw. The rear now have a border wall which keeps the rack from sliding back and contacting the rear metal wall. This is new on these pieces compared to the old version which relied on plastic snap pieces that clipped on the rack itself. These are easily broken or cracked. The plate was an easy replacement swap.

The door on this microwave is a single part while I had been looking for a single handle replacement, I noticed that there was no way to take the door apart. I looked on Appliance Parts Pro, located the correct part from the microwave model and placed an order. Two days later the shipment arrived and I was able to replace the door on my microwave in about 10 minutes. Could not have been easier.
