How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6012244 / WP8268655 Upper Dishrack Wheel

Watched video, fix was really simple. 

Upon checking with my appliance repair company, they would have charged $89 for a service call, and $20 for the part. Going online, I came across the AppliancePartsPros website. After giving my Whirlpool model number, Kayla was able to locate the part I needed and proceeded to write up my order. The part cost $12 + shipping! I received the part in three days, and it took me less than five minutes to install. All the other rollers are still working in my machine, but when they finally go, I know where to go for help! The Customer Service is SUPER! I used a screwdriver to release the two end caps that hold the rack to the slide rails. The new wheel just snapped into place.

I ordered new rollers from AppliancePartsPros.com. They came in a couple days. Easy fix and now back in business. 

Repair was super easy and the diagram made it all smooth sailing. Part was perfect. I would recommend this place to all that need parts and are handy.
