How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6012244 / WP8268655 Upper Dishrack Wheel

Replaced the part. 

Purchased a new wheel from your site and it came in the mail in less than two days. I had my 16 year old son watched a video clip on your website on how to replace it and he fixed it in two minutes. 

I watched the video and I had no problem. it was super simple easy. thanks for having the video on there. 

We ordered the parts and popped them right in. Your included installation videos are super handy. 

Used to part I ordered to replace the broken part. The part I ordered was slightly different from the remaining three wheels. They were adjustable, and the replacement wheel was a fixed-position part. I just adjusted the three other wheels to match the new wheel's fixed position. The shelf works fine. 

The upper dish rack wheels that keep the upper rack from falling keep disintegrating in our older dishwasher. It's an inexpensive part. The part arrived the day after we ordered it! We'll definitely order from Appliance Parts Pros again. 

Just took off the stops to the slides and inserted the new set of upper dishrack wheels. 

Replaced part, which was simple to do. 

I was told that it would take about 15 minutes to fix 4 dishrack wheels, If you did it every day, I would say yes, but for the first time it took me about 50 minutes. That is OK, I am pleased that I could purchase the 4 wheels and fix it.
