How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6012252 / WP8268743 Upper Dishrack Wheel

Ordered the new part. When it arrived I watched the Appliance Parts Pros video to install it. I blocked out an hour for the project and it actually only took 10 minutes! So easy to do with the right instructions. Thanks! 

Replaced with a new part.

Installed a new dish rack roller. 

Simple fix on 12-year-old Kitchenaid dishwasher - checked the online video from APP and completed the task in 5-10 minutes. Didn't need any tools as I was able to remove broken part by hand and it was a simple replacement. I will definitely use APP again.
