Ordered from Amazon and the only place selling these items was in China. The parts still haven't come. Our dishrack wheels are falling off and rack falling down, making this likely to fall and break items on lower rack. I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros and had the items in about 4 days. I watched the Repair How-To video and was able to have the new parts attached in under 5 minutes. If I had a flat head screwdriver at the ready, it would've been helpful to get the rail caps off, but we substituted with a butter knife and it went perfectly!
