How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6245752 / W11025649 Mounting Plate

Was able to order the right part the first time with the site's part finder by model number. Just attached it to the wall and it was just what I needed. 

We found the parts on this website. Thanks to your search bar, we could see if the parts would work on our model microwave. 

Found all parts on Appliance Parts Pro web site that I needed, Their prices were unbeatable, couldn't believe the fast shipping. 

Mounted it. 

Replaced with new 

Order and all fit just as the website said it would. I will be using this website more and will tell other about it.

I went online to AppliancePartsPros.com and placed an order and of course got it wrong. The next morning I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable associate (Shaon) who canceled my order and placed a new order to give me just what I needed. It arrived in two days and today and in less than a week the project was finished. I was extremely happy with the customer service I got and the professional manner in which the problem was resolved. I'm 78 a retired insurance executive and quick to recognize good employees. Hang on to that one, she knows her stuff and is extremely knowledgeable and professionally friendly. 

I ordered the template, attachment plate and installation hardware kit for my microwave model number. 

This bracket was used to mount it. Measured all of the holes, followed the installation instructions found online (did not use the templates). Bought all of the screws ect. from Home Depot. GET THE TEMPLATES. I cannot stress this enough. Would have made the job maybe 45 minutes? ALSO, check to see if the top of the cabinet the microwave will be installed at is square. Mine was not, and that cause a lot of issues with the fit being just off because the front of the cabinet was about 1/4" lower than the back against the wall.
