They gave me the bracket but no screws or either template for back wall or underside of cabinet. Is it possible to get these items? I’m going back to the store today. I can probably get the screws but I would really like to have the templates.

However, the back of the cabinet has no indentations to receive those protrusions, and the illustration in the instructions is for a plate that is completely flat (and shaped differently) aside from the brackets.
