How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

Found parts on your site and got them in a few days. 

Received the two needed parts and in one minute all was corrected. My first time I ordered the parts there was some miscommunication. I needed to return the first shipment because it did not fit. When I called customer service about sending the part back the charge was going to be $15 dollars (ups) vs $50 other carrier. When I simply mentioned that if the sales rep online asked the make of my refrigerator - this would have been avoided. Customer service said immediately that he would send me a FREE shipping return label!! NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Thank you sooooo much!!! 

Straight forward replacement. 

Called in , Customer service spent a patient 15 minutes figuring out the correct replacement parts for a 10 year old Frig~ was kind + knowledgeable. Placed order, received in 2 days, despite requesting ground shipping. EXCELLENT COMPANY>>will recommend + use again! 

The repair couldn't have been more simple. First, for the Endcap, I removed 2 screws to take off the drawer slide on our old part, and 2 more to remove the broken Endcap from the fridge wall. Next, I put the old drawer slide on the new Endcap by replacing the screws. I then slid the Endcap in and replaced the screws which hold it in place. Done! For for the center rail, I simple inserted the tabs on the replacement part into the slots in the fridge. Done! 

Ordered a new one from appliancepartspros.com. it came the next day after I ordered it. 

Replaced w new part <5 minutes 

Replaced the part- problem cured! 

Remove glass. Remove crisper drawers. Insert rail on back strip. Slide in drawers. Bingo Easy.
