How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

Installed new unit that I ordered from APP however the new part does not come with the two small rubber and plastic bumpers at inside the end of the rail. I was able to salvage these bumpers using needle nose pliers from the defective part and install into new unit with no problem. Part was delivered less than 24 hours after I ordered it, amazingly superb service! 

The part came the next day. It was so easy to replace! I will be using this company for future repairs. 

The glass and the center rail came to our home very quickly and I installed them without any problems, Everything is working fine now. We are pleased with the good service. Thank you!

Order rail from you . fix it the day i got it. in 2 days it was great if this rail dont brake!!! 

Support arrived super quick and very well packed. Removed two inner brush clips from old support, not sure what they are called, snapped into new support and installed. 5 minutes to replace, incudes time to remove and replace frig-food, 2 crisper trays and glass shelf. 

I am usually very handy but I found the directions on the site seemed very complicated so when I was going to do the job I actually called my granddaughter to help me. I removed the crisper drawers. Then removed the glass top. Found the piece that was broken still in place in front under the frame. Removed it. Fitted the new center rail in place and replaced the crisper drawers. She is an engineer and with her help it took about 10 minutes to do the job at most. No glue or tools needed.
