I looked up the exact refrigerator and part (great diagrams!) on Appliance Pros, ordered the part and put it in. No tools needed -- just remove the drawers, lift the glass shelf out (and clean it), remove the broken piece, replace the part, put the glass piece back, put the drawers back in.
Note: This is the 2nd replacement part I've ordered from Appliance Pros and I've been surprised by how clear the diagrams were and how easy it was to identify the exact piece needed. I received the order quickly and the price was great.
