How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

I Googled replacement parts with my model number, and Appliance Parts Pros was the first website I opened. I looked at what was broken on my refrigerator and this site made it very easy to find what I needed (and I'm a lady with absolutely no mechanical aptitude whatsoever). The parts came in 1 day, we replaced them using no tools, and then we discovered that we needed one more piece. I ordered the part, it came the next day, and voila! The refrigerator is like new again!

I took out drawers, removed broken piece (removable), identified piece on your easy to use website, ordered new piece, and replaced it! Extremely easy, thanks to your excellent website! Ordering the correct part was very quick and easy! 

I gave my 17 yr old son my credit card #, model # of the fridge and while I cooked dinner told him to find the broken Part & order it (I was sure he or one if his friends Broke it so....) this was 330 in the afternoon. By 1000 the next morning, the part was at my Door step-AMAZING. Great service. Reasonably priced! 

First two parts just snapped on. The endcap took a 1/4" nut driver to remove two screws--be careful of how the linkage to the drawer cold air inlet is connected however...transfer the slide rail and linkage assembly ( right endcap only ) and it goes back in real easy---25 minutes all three parts. Oh ya, use this opportunity to clean any gunk that got exposed during disassembly 

Removed bins and glass shelf above them and new center rail installed easily and fit perfectly.
