How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019603 / WPW10326469 Center Rail

Super easy replacement! 

Ordered parts they fit beautiful now fridge is just like new. 

We cleared everything off the shelf above it, took the drawers out, took the shelf out, and put the new support in place. We put the shelf back in, hung the drawers on the support, and it was all done. 

I was cleaning out the refrigerator when I broke the center rail. I quickly found the part on your site, ordered & it was here within 3 days. It was easy to install & refrigerator drawers are working properly again. Entire experience was a piece of cake! 

Replaced frame and support and swapped the humidity controls and metal support bar to the new frame.

Easy fix to remove crisper drawers, removed glass shelf and replaced the broken center rail without issue. 

The center rail is attached at each end by a tab and one of those had broken leaving my vegetable drawers unusable. It was a simple matter of removing the glass cover and replacing the center rail. 

I watched your video and ordered the parts needed, then it was easy! Your video made it so easy. The only thing that it missed was the metal support rod that you need to slide out of the old shelf and into the new one. Without this part, it would not be sturdy (which is what I see most people complain about). You may want to edit the video to show this important step! I am pretty handy and saw this part was not in the new frame, so I figured it out. I am sure that is why so many people seem unhappy with this part. If they put the metal support in there, they would ALL be happy!
