How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013603 / WP902894 Dishwasher Door Gasket

Watched Appliancepartspros videos on YouTube and dismantled down to pump - found cracked impeller and clogged in general. Ordered parts that fit perfectly and put back together. The videos were very helpful. Working well again. Have used Appliancepartspros for appliance parts for years. Very satisfied. 

Ordered a replacement Door Gasket. Watched a few "How to Replace" on Youtube. Replaced the Door Gasket as seen in the Youtube videos. It took a little bit more to close the door, but all went well. Easy Job! 

My repair person told me I would have to buy a new washer because new door gaskets are hard to replace and they seldom fix the problem. The old gasket looked fine but decided to try a new one first, instead of buying a new washer. I pulled the old gasket out, no glue to worry about, then pushed the new one into place. Very simple repair. The door is now more difficult to latch closed because it has a much tighter fit. I compared the old gasket to the new one and then I noticed how the old one had shrunk and was worn. Now, no more leaks! 

Pulled out old seal, cleaned track with paper towel and inserted new seal. Took literally 10 minutes. 

Replaced door gasket. OEM ordered part arrived promptly. Dishwasher is 23 years old and still had the original door gasket. 

Google it said replace seal around front. I was getting ready to by a new one. It fixed it . Saved me 500.00 dollars 

Watched the instructions provided. Installed the new seal and corrected the problem. 

Replaced the door gasket. Very simple to do and solved the problem! 

Ordered gasket, removed old gasket, cleaned gasket channel, installed new gasket 

I researched what causes leaks and found several from AppliancePartsPros site. After looking at door gasket I realized there was a small tear in bottom section. So after typing in model number the complete diagram of my Maytag popped up and found the part I needed. I called Appliance PartsPros and ordered the part. It was very simple to replace.
