How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016450 / WPW10181986 Oven Sensor Assembly

Purchased a temperature sensor. 

I watched the video on changing the temp sensor and found the old sensor was running at 500 ohms - half of what is should be. I ordered and new sensor and changed it out all of which took about ten minutes. It was easy to repair thanks to the help of appliancepartspros.com. 

Replaced temp sensor. 

Ordered part from you and had a friend replace it. 

Purchased new oven sensor. It was simple to install. Turned the power to the range back on, set the time and turned on broil. And, no more error code. The oven started heating up just like it should. Hope it stays that way for a long time. Thanks for the assistance and finding the right part. I used the online chat feature. 

Researched questions and answers and came to the conclusion that it was my sensor, not the heating element. I ordered the element, it got here in 2 days and I installed it just like the video instructed. Wallah...easy as pie and it works like a charm. 

Ordered the part and within 24 hours it was delivered and installed to get oven functional. Great processing and shipping time. Price was better than locally also. Part was a perfect fit. 

Very easy to repair 

Removed the back cover. Removed the two phillips screws holding probe in position. Disconnectted wire from old probe. Installed new probe, hooked wires and installed back cover. All together it took 15 mins. Peice of cake. 

I talked to a service repair person that was at my house for another matter and he confirmed what I thought was wrong and told me it really wasn't that hard to repair. I went on line and watched your videos of the repairs & decided that I could do it so I ordered the parts They came in less than 2 days, I had already moved the stove out...that was the hardest part. I replaced the parts and WOW! in less than 5 minutes It was fixed! Now the dual burner works and so does the oven. If I can do it, ANYONE can do it, I'm 74 and female. Thank you for your quick response and videos...couldn't have done it without you.
