How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6018409 / WPW10276341 Snack Pan Shelf

The correct shelf for my model of refrigerator was delivered and installation was trivially easy. 

Look up model number for replacement part. Showed full diagram of the frig so I could see the exact part I needed, ordered and part came in 3 days . 

Replaced with new crispers and shelves

I received the two glass shelves and water filter. Recently widowed and no other handyman around, I read the directions for each item and was able to successfully install the items myself. Gave myself a pat on the back for learning another new thing I'll have to do my self, now. 

I looked up Whirlpool part numbers & then looked up on your site. My Frig shelf & door bin were the correct ones, however the freezer wire rack was the wrong one. Since the dimensions were not listed on the item order page, I ordered one that was smaller than the one I wanted. I placed my order on Monday & received the parts on Wednesday & Thursday. Very pleased with how quickly they were delivered. I'm returning the wrong size & reordering the correct size. Website is very user friendly. 

Ordered part. Received quickly. EZ replacement. 

I ordered the pieces, which was very simple thanks to the drawings. I just had to replace old for new!, easy! 

The fixing/installation was very easy.
