How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6018411 / WPW10276348 Glass Shelf

Replaced with a new one. 

I looked on online for the proper replacement shelf which turned out to be more confusing than I had expected...model numbers, part numbers, compatability charts, etc. I used the Live Chat function and spoke to two different CSR's over two days. The first "chat" helped me determine which of two shelves that looked much alike was the one I was looking for. The second chat confirmed that the flat rate shipping of $6.95 included shippment to Hawai'i...unlike other online vendors who don't ship to Hawai'i or Alaska (not part of the USA I guess) Ordered the right part and really didn't give it a second thought feeling it would two weeks or so to be delivered. NO...it was delivered to my door via UPS in less than a week-I was pleasantly stunned! Shelf fit-thank you-now have more useful fridge space and spouse is very happy (a constant goal of mine). I called Appliance Parts. They had the part on my doorstep less than 36 houirs later. They were both perfect. Thank you folks so very much. On a scale of 1 to 5 where 5 is utopian satisfaction, I give you folks a 10! If I need anything for any appliance, you get my first, second, and final call before anyone else. You folks rock!!!! Ordered new shelves and replaced them. Great customer service, ready on hand stock with excellent turnaround time. Website was easily navigated, plenty of pictures along with some install tutorials.
