The most difficult thing to do was to open the washer to determine where the leak was coming from. Luckily for me... I remembered how to remove the front panel from my job as an Appliance Salesman ( 20 years ago). I had no clue what parts to order and where to get the parts from. Goggle to the rescue!! I spoke to a sales rep who guided me and helped me downloaded the schematics and identified the parts to be replaced. Got the parts (substitute ) in 4 days and replaced the parts in less than 10 mins. The machine is good as NEW!! The incoming hose under the top cover of the washer was spouting water. The defective part was an aerator. I called Appliance Parts Pros and discussed. Used my cell phone to send a picture of the part. My contact at Appliance Parts identified the part and made arrangements to send a replacement part which I received in 2 days.
