How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6006128 / WP2195051 Dispenser Arm Strain Relief

Replaced ice dispenser lever 

Identified the problem and went to the parts breakdown for my fridge on the website of Appliance Parts Pros. Ordered the required parts and I received them in two days, installed them and now everyone is happy. 

Replaced the dispenser lever retainer which was broken, dispenser arm strain relief and control bracket which had broken pins. 

Replaced the water inlet valve 

Was a super easy fix thank you for having the parts I needed. 

Replaced each item in 10 minutes. 

I fixed it by following the video provided. Easy to follow straight forward. Thanks 

Bought new parts and watched video which clearly showed how to do the job. Particularly helpful as you have to remove front panel without breaking plastic clips. 

The pins on the bracket that hold the water dispenser and ice dispenser switches were broken off. Replaced the bracket. The dispenser lever retainer was broken which made the actuator lever loose. Replaced the dispenser lever retainer. I reused the old dispenser arm strain relief and did not need the new part. Very easy to do. 

Bought the repair kit, watched the very helpful on-line repair video a few times and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Took less than 24 hours to receive the kit in New Jersey after ordering with regular shipping. Outstanding service and would shop here again. Outstanding overall experience - as good as it gets or could hoped for.
