How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4411122 / W10247710 Suspension Spring Kit

Replaced default balance rods 

We bought the kit, watched the YouTube vid and bam! Fixed in 10 minutes! 

Easy watched your video and replaced both bearings the shaft and seal. Also installed new suspension while I had it apart. Simple repair. Most anyone who can follow directions can do this. 

Taking out the 4 suspension springs and observe it. I don't see anything wrong. Order a new suspension spring kit, they are a lit bit harder than the old. Although I doubt it will fix the problem, I still replace it. I am surprised that fixes the problem. 

My son replaced the suspension rods.He has never done this before and watched a video, Hardest part was lifting tub and rod enough to get plastic clip on. 

I ordered a replacement kit from AppliancePartsPros.com and received the kit in 2 days. I looked up a video on YouTube which showed how to replace the suspension rods and fixed the washer in about 30 minutes. Works as good as new now. 

I changed the rotor position sensor and I figured I'd change the suspension hangers since the washer is 4years old and now it's liked new now. Thanks for the great service
