Onno K San Anselmo , CA October 08, 2019 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS24SEWH5 Dishwasher would stop mid cycle. Hard to pinpoint why exactly. Installing the new thermal fuse worked to solve the problem! I had already guessed it might be the fuse because (1) the LEDs were a bit dim & flickery on the front panel, and (2) after the dishwasher cut out, I could open the door for a few minutes (sometimes waving it up and down to get cool air past it) and then it would re-start until the next 'hot' part of the cycle.
