Read many of the reviews online to gain intel on the most likely problem. The trouble shooting, combined with the multiple reviews led us to try the capacitor and the start-dev, which is a simple plug-and-play fix after you take off a few screws off the back panel and literally unplug and replace the old units. I did watch an excellent youtube replacement provided by one of your customers and he was spot on the steps. I pulled out the refrigerator, unplugged it, vacuumed off the coils, unscrewed the back panel and replaced the capacitor and start-dev. Instantly the compressor kicked-on and by the next morning everything was cold and functioning. Easy fix and sure beats sending a 9yr old appliance out to pasture. Thanks,
