I followed the instruction to put the unit into a diagnostic mode and found that I was getting an F8 E1 error code which was pointing to a water fill issue. I ordered a new water intake valve assembly for $48.00 and replaced the unit. This completely fixed the issue and save me a few hundred $$$$ in a service call, and labor to have a service tech come to the house. Read More... There were two screws holding the control panel together and two more screws holding the water assembly in place. They required Torx bits (star bits) to remove but I can’t remember the size.
