How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5985816 / W10827015 Refrigerator Pantry Drawer Door Cover

Installed new pantry drawer door, and replaced broken end cap assembly. 

With a simple screwdriver to take the old part out and put the new one in, easy!! 

Replaced with the new end cap (15 min job) 

Researched the appliance on AppliancePartsPros.com and found replacements for the left side track and deli tray door. Also APP had a video that told me exactly how to remove and replace both pieces which I did in about 10 min.

It took about 1 minute , it fit perfectly

Called in , Customer service spent a patient 15 minutes figuring out the correct replacement parts for a 10 year old Frig~ was kind + knowledgeable. Placed order, received in 2 days, despite requesting ground shipping. EXCELLENT COMPANY>>will recommend + use again! 

Needed to replace the end cap when the pin broke on one side and the pantry drawer that had been cracked for years! Very easy finding and ordering the part (but I was concerned because my fridge is a Maytag and the Pantry Drawer Door was a Whirlpool). Both parts came super quick and took less than 20 mins to fix. Removed all the drawers and found the proper wrench/tool to unscrew end cap (it's not a Phillips or regular screw, but we had the right tool once we searched). Unscrewed three screws and we were done. We needed to replace the left end cap and they sent both, so I have the right one when/if that ones breaks. Super proud of ourselves! 

Replaced Pantry drawer support track. Took all of 5 minutes. Perfect part and very fast shipping. Also replaced old pantry drawer door which had been broken for a long time. Also it was the perfect part and took 30 seconds to replace.
