Needed to replace the end cap when the pin broke on one side and the pantry drawer that had been cracked for years! Very easy finding and ordering the part (but I was concerned because my fridge is a Maytag and the Pantry Drawer Door was a Whirlpool). Both parts came super quick and took less than 20 mins to fix. Removed all the drawers and found the proper wrench/tool to unscrew end cap (it's not a Phillips or regular screw, but we had the right tool once we searched). Unscrewed three screws and we were done. We needed to replace the left end cap and they sent both, so I have the right one when/if that ones breaks.
