Replaced drum rollers, felt, bearings. Cleaned & lubricated idler pulley. The videos offered by Appliance Parts are FANTASTIC. What I wish the video's did was suggest what other parts might require replacement. The parts were relatively inexpensive; what killed me was the $7 charge each time I placed another order (5). It would be great to offer 'packages' associated with issues (e.g. replace all rollers/wheels and suggest which washers, snap rings, and clamps should also be purchased).
I purchased and learned to use new tools as well (Snap ring pliers, rivet gun).
