After reading all the trouble shooting topics and chatting with the online AppliancePartsPros, I determined that I needed a new motor. I watched the video on the motor replacement and did the removal prior to ordering the parts. I discovered during the disassembly that one of the drum rollers was no longer turning (maybe what killed the motor). I also found that my blower wheel was stuck on my motor shaft and had to be chiseled off as shown at the end of the video. I was glad that I had done the removal first, as now I had additional parts to order. I placed my order on Sunday night, paid the additional shipping for overnight delivery, and had a running dryer by Tuesday evening. The videos were spot on and very helpful in each stage of the repair. The help of the online service was also very good. With these positives I didn't feel too bad about paying $35 more for the motor than I had found it for on other web sites. We are happy to have clean and dry clothes again!
