Two month (probably at least) backlog to get new replacement. Found this website and called. On hold for only 1 minute. Discussed problem with associate and she was very helpful. Told me could be problem with 1 to 3 parts totaling $130 plus $11 for shipping. Decided to order all three as I could return what I didn't use. Parts arrived in 2 days. Parts: Temp sensor, defrost heater, and defrost thermostat. Since I had to pull out back panel to get to all three parts I decided to replace all three. Tight spaces to work in resulted in some frustration and choice words but got the job done in just under 4 hours. Flipped breaker back on and in less than 3 hours I heard ice drop which of course meant it was freezing again. The next morning panel readings for temps were 0 for freezer and 37 for refrigerator. Perfect.
