Ordered 12 replacement rubber pads to charge out the old brittle ones. The grates were placed in the oven for a cleaning cycle (per the manual instructions). The manual did not say to remove the pads prior to the long cleaning heat cycle. Had to replace all 12 pads. The replacement pads were an exact match, however they were a bit expensive for a rubber foot pad.
