I cleaned out the drain filter, which contained a few coins and a little lint. Re-started the machine and the water would not drain at the appropriate place. Was pretty sure it was the drain pump and called an appliance repair guy, who verified the problem. Ordered the part Tuesday (shipped to Alaska) and on Saturday I was washing clothes again. I was very happy with the service.
