Following instructions found in numerous on line videos, quickly found that Kitchenaid appliances are built slightly different than regular Whirlpool units - probably why we like them so much. It wasn't as easy a job as indicated on the ApplicancePartsPros video, as the hose was secured inside the freezer with insulation and tape. Had to take the entire dispenser unit apart to free hose. From there it was a matter of process.
NOTE: Excess hose is provided, use that excess hose to replace any and all old hose you can access. If you have a leak in one part of the hose, the rest of it is just as susceptible.
