Determined most likely cause (from Google search) worn tension arm pulley, drum support rollers or both. Ordered the parts from ApplianceParts Pros and they arrived in 2 days. Watched the video on the ApplianceParts Pros website. Disassembled the dryer and found the tension pulley worn, replaced it as well as the drum support rollers (since the unit was apart). I have retaining ring pliers, otherwise this would have been a bit harder. I also found it easier to replace the tension pulley by removing the whole arm assembly from the motor housing to remove the retaining clip.
