I went on your website and found the parts I needed with a video describing how to install them. It is a pleasure to find a company that really does it right. Parts came in 2 days. One shaft seal and one push-on nut. They were the correct parts and installation went just like the video. Leak was fixed for $25. I am totally impressed with Appliance Parts Pros and will recommend them to all my friends. Had to use a screw extractor for 1 stripped phillips head screw taking the solenoid off, and a nipper to cut off old push-on nut. I pulled the machine out from under counter and propped front legs up on wooden blocks. I did not disconnect water line, waste line or electric. It was difficult working on my belly but I did not want to disconnect everything and risk creating other leaks. When I took the solenoid off and ran the machine I could see water coming from the shaft seal.
