Replaced the infinite switch (adjustable knob for stove top burner / rheostat). This part fits works with the left and right large 3600 watt burners including power boil. It is genuine GE … so it was worth a few dollars more to make sure it would work correctly for my stove. Ironically, I was looking for a new stove because this one is dated and the adjustable knob wasn’t working, but could only find three models that came in tan/bisque/beige/ivory but 1000s in stainless steel.
Make sure you turn off the circuit breaker and unplug the stove. Take a picture of the existing connections to the switch, just in case.
