The bolt was really loose when I went to fix it, still took it apart and cleaned underneath the agitator because my clothes were getting brown spots on them. It was very grimy and oily, took awhile to get it cleaned. Put it back together but didn't have the stuff you put on the bolt to keep it tight. Using it now and agitator seems like it's loosening. I'm keeping my new agitator.....you never know
