Agitator repair kit of a new base ring, pawls and lock ring. Not the simplest job, but if I had paid more attention taking it apart, it would have been simpler. Repair took about 40 minutes, but I could do it again in half that a second time. Pay attention to disassembly, time well spent. Even with trying to remember the order of things & how it locks into place, this was not a very difficult job. The good thing: a $10 part & $10 shipping & it seems to work as new again.
