Gerald B Devils Lake , ND October 24, 2016 Appliance: Model 417-947022300 Agitator wouldn't engage transmission Ordered agitator -wasn't the problem- with help from support found that needed agitator hub. Mine was broken and stuck in agitator. Received it installed in 5 min. problem solved. Returning agitator Had trouble removing agitator. I didn't realize that the bolt the cap screws into also screws into the transmission.
