Replace the capacitor and start relay. Super simple and quick. Great design for repair. Removed the spring clamp and uncoupled the wire plug. Pulled out the unit from the 3-prong connector. (Capacitor plugs into the start relay.). Plugged in the new capacitor to the start relay, then reattached the unit and then the wire harness to the capacitor.. Finally secured it with the spring clamp. Was able to do this without any tools.
