One burner was buzzing and sparking where it plugs into the receptacle. The female spade terminals in the receptacle were loose and the metal was soft so they couldn't be tightened by crimping.
I replaced the receptacle along with the other three, just in case they were ready to fail, along with the burner which had a discolored lug, and everything is working fine.
