How to replace Whirlpool Direct Drive Washer Motor Coupling. After finding the replacement motor on your website I also saw, to my great relief, a How-To video. Following the video it was quite easy for me. I replaced the motor coupling at the same time. The hardest part was putting the washer cover back on. Had to watch the video a second time and I got it. It was cool when it went into its spin cycle and I could see I did everything right. You saved me the expense of a new washer. Thanks. 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
