Bryan M Houghton , NY February 29, 2016 Bad terminal block and damaged power cord My stove stopped working on a Wednesday. Wednesday evening around 9:00 PM EST I ordered the parts for repair and did not pay extra for shipping as I expected them to arrive on Monday regardless. My parts were delivered Friday morning and the stove was repaired by noon on Friday.
