Wish I had looked at this site before I started. I had no lights, no sounds, and no function from this dishwasher, and I thought "bad control board", so I bought one from AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced it, but that didn't fix it. I contacted them, and Krysten C. sent me a bunch of diagnostic information and worked back and forth with me to help me diagnose the bad User Interface. Thank you! Replaced that and it works great now. If I would have contacted them FIRST, their help would have saved me a bunch of money. My own fault for assuming I knew what it was without contacting them first. These folks know their stuff on these. Talk to them. It will be worth it. Even with my initial incorrect diagnosis, and the resulting needless expenditure, I still only spent 1/3 the amount of a comparable new dishwasher.
