I pulled the stove away from the wall.
I disconnected the power cable.
I removed the back cover to gain access to the element connection.
I measured the resistance with a ohm meter and it showed open.
I ordered the bottom element, online.
When I received the replacement part, I replaced it.
Took about 5 minutes.
I tested the oven and it worked.
