Wife was baking and oven failed. Turned off power to the range. Removed two mounting screws and then the two electric wire screws. Got my ohm meter out and checked for continuity. Element was burnt open, not visible to the eye. Replaced element. Luckily the element was on sale. A good deal.
Sons wife broke knob to range. Replaced. A expensive knob.
